About The Founders

CS Tushar Shridharani, the founder qualified as a Company Secretary in 1984. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce.

He has more than three decades of experience in corporate legal services. Before setting up the organization, he has served two eminent Indian Corporate groups, namely Bombay Dyeing (Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Ltd) and Lloyds (Lloyds International Ltd) over a span of -14-years of his employment.

CS Nandini Parekh qualified as a Company Secretary in 2003; has been with organization since June, 2000 and has experience with respect to compliances advisory under various enactments, compliances process and handling ‘Due Diligence’ under corporate laws.
